  • Mind Your Skin. The sun reflecting off the snow increases your change for sunburn, so wear sunscreen when you work out outdoors. Also, try to do half of your workout with the wind at your back to avoid windburn.
  • Hydrate! It’s easier to remember to drink water when the weather’s hot, but it’s equally important in the winter. Hot tea is a great way to get fluids and beat the cold!
