Even though most of us welcome the opportunity for an extra hour of sleep, the end of daylight saving disorientates a lot of people’s sleep schedule. Once a body clock is disrupted, people may suffer from drowsiness and stress. This year, make sure that when daylight saving time ends, your sleeping patterns are not affected.

Keep to your routine – A sleep schedule with a fixed bedtime and wake up time will create consistency, which is important when trying to sync your body’s natural sleep cycle. Wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends!
